Children’s Flowers & Pollinators Workshop
Aug 14 @ 3:00 pm

Elizabeth Street Garden invites children to learn about flowers and how they attract the pollinators they need to survive. We will observe flower parts and create simple presses to sample from the Garden.

Led by Garden volunteer, teacher and parent Naima Freitas, this workshop is designed for children ages 6 – 10. Adult supervision required.

The event starts with a social mixer at 5 p.m., followed by a brief guided meditation at 6 p.m.

Co-founders of Sakara Life, Stanton Street Yoga and Yoga Means Business will lead a fun, engaging discussion on ways to integrate yoga-off-the-mat principles in our everyday life.
