Elizabeth Street Garden celebrates our downtown health and wellness community with fresh juice, live music, fresh bites and good vibes.

The event starts with a social mixer at 5 p.m., followed by a brief guided meditation at 6 p.m.

Co-founders of Sakara Life, Stanton Street Yoga and Yoga Means Business will lead a fun, engaging discussion on ways to integrate yoga-off-the-mat principles in our everyday life.
